On Thursday, November 18, 2010, Bayou City Art Festival jurors convened at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston to review a record number of artist applications for Capital One Bank Bayou City Art Festival Memorial Park. With more than 1,500 artists to choose from, the jurors selected the top 300 applicants to participate in the 40th anniversary of the festival, which takes place March 25 – 27 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
