Pick up your EZ Rider Pass and become a preferred shuttle rider at NORTHWEST MALL! EZ Rider passes good for four and available at the any of the 51 Greater Houston Area Capital One Bank branches from March 12 - 24. Ask your Capital One Banker for details & ride EZ to the festival from NW Mall March 24 & 25th.

  • Stop #1 - South side of Rusk between Bagby and Smith
  • Stop #2 - North side of Capitol between Smith and Bagby (by Bayou Place)

A limited number of handicapped spaces will be available at the festival site. Handicapped parking at our Memorial Park festival, when available, is located in the reserved VIP lot that is located less than 50 feet from the festival entrance. In addition we provide ADA shuttles from our remote parking lots. A state issued disabled parking permit will be required to be allowed to park in handicapped spaces.
